This policy describes how stumble (“we”) collects and uses information when you visit stumble.agency, our landing pages, or submit an enquiry.

When you book a strategy call or submit a form, we collect the details you provide — typically name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or studio name, city, website, project value, and any message. We also receive advertising attribution (such as UTM parameters and click IDs), your browser user agent, and the page you submitted from.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, deliver the services you ask for, and understand which campaigns brought you to the site. We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google reCAPTCHA, and Microsoft Clarity to measure site performance, prevent spam, and attribute enquiries. Those providers process data under their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it with infrastructure providers needed to run the site (hosting, database, analytics, advertising measurement, and spam protection) and only as required by law.
